Mondli Gift Mtshali | Sowhatt | Creative Director & Founder A Journey Rooted in KwaZulu-Natal, A Vision Connecting Communities Mondli Gift Mtshali, professionally known as Sowhatt, is a multifaceted creative entrepreneur and media professional whose work is deeply inspired by his roots and experiences across KwaZulu-Natal. Born in the historic locale of Nkandla and shaped during his formative school years in Ladysmith, Sowhatt’s passion for storytelling, hip-hop culture, and radio was ignited—a flame that would guide his educational and professional path. His academic pursuit led him to the University of Zululand to study in Psychology, then also studied in Johannesburg where he formally studied Radio and Broadcasting. Turning theory into practice, he honed his skills and voice at Newcastle Radio, completing a successful tenure that extended through 2024. This experience solidified his understanding of the power of audio media to inform, entertain, and unite. Now based in Utrecht, Sowhatt balances life as a father while driving his entrepreneurial venture, Sowhattism . This dynamic company is a hub for creative expression, specializing in: * *Custom Apparel Branding & Clothing Alterations:* Transforming everyday wear into personalized statements. * *Portrait Photography Services:* Capturing moments and personalities for the general public with a distinctive artistic eye.
